REFUND POLICY
NOTE: All products
related to Social Media offer no refund past the 30 day guarantee
period. Purchase at your own risk.
By using this site and/or purchasing products and/or
services from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please
read this section carefully and understand the terms of conditions
outlined herein.

By issuing refund, you understand that you are
discouraged from purchasing any further training or products
from Marketing GT, Joey Smith and or its partners.

You also understand that your name, IP address
and or email could be placed on a refund watch list. (could
restrict you from buying from other companies) Internet
marketing companies are now taking refunds seriously because of
refund abuse.

After receiving refund, you understand that access to the product you
purchased should be deleted from your hard drive and that you
agree to not access the material in the future and that by doing
so, you are committing fraud and or theft. (note your ip address
was captured at the time of entry to the course access area.)
PRODUCTS (includes digital and physical)
Products purchased that are downloadable are nonrefundable. Some
products come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, but certain conditional
restrictions may apply. Please read guarantee instructions.
Note: All social media training products come with a strict 30
day guarantee. There are no refunds beyond this 30 day window.
No exceptions.
Note: All digital product download
instructions are sent via email on the same day. If you don't
receive this email, please contact support immediately at:
http://www.replytojoey.com to ensure you get your product in a
timely manner. Failure to notify Marketing GT of not receiving
your product does not exempt you from any guarantee period. It
is your responsibility to notify Marketing GT of not receiving your
product download instructions.
IMPORTANT: We are contractually obligated by
the FTC not to issue a refund pass the guarantee period
stated on the website. You are also prohibited to issue a
charge back to your credit card company once you pass this period.
This is considered a fraudulent claim and in purchase violation of
the guarantee, product purchase and possible credit card terms.
Products purchased that are not downloadable (CD, Diskette, or Hard
Printed Versions) may be returned for a full credit, minus shipping
and handling charges of $10.00. To obtain a refund, you must notify
Marketing GT within 30-days of your original purchase date, that you desire a
refund for the product purchased.
Any products and/or materials that are returned for
a refund must be unopened and in the original packaging. The
products and/or materials must not be damaged and/or altered in any
way. Shipping/Handling on all orders is nonrefundable. The Client is
responsible for all Shipping/Handling on any returned products
and/or materials. Marketing GT will not reimburse the Client for these fees.
In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must provide your
correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to Marketing GT.
Marketing GT will not
be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or
non-receipt of a "Refund Claim" that was a result of an incorrect
email address and/or mailing address provided by you to Marketing GT. The
customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail
address.
MEMBERSHIPS (includes digital and physical)
All memberships are nonrefundable after the billing cycle has
occurred, however you can cancel at any time prior to the next
billing cycle with 48 hour prior notice. This also applies to
any trial periods.
Requests for cancellation of any monthly recurring
billing must be in writing and mailed to Marketing GT via postal mail or
email with delivery confirmation 48 hours prior to the next
billing cycle. If the cancellation is not received 48 hours prior
to the next billing cycle, then the recurring billing will not be
cancelled until the following month. Phone messages and/or e-mail
messages left with anyone within Marketing GT will not guarantee your monthly
recurring charge will be cancelled. These requests must be
made in writing.
Marketing GT is not responsible for the member's failure to
correctly cancel his/her membership on-line, and this cancellation
does not entitle the member to any type of refund.
WORKSHOPS (includes virtual and in-person)
All Marketing GT workshops are nonrefundable but redeemable for one (1)
year after the original purchase. Some workshops come with a
"Money Back Guarantee" , but certain conditional restrictions apply.
Conditional Restriction: (does not apply to all
events) If you pay for and attend
an Marketing GT workshop - to receive a refund, you must request in writing
with explanation at the conclusion of the workshop onsite. If
you do not make your request at point of service you forfeit the
right for a refund and Marketing GT is not under any obligation.
Dates and locations of all workshops are subject to
change at any time without notice from Marketing GT. Such notices will be
posted on the Marketing GT website and/or will be emailed to the buyer. If
the Client confirms his/her attendance at a workshop, then Marketing
GT will
expect the Client to attend. If the Client fails to attend and does
not give Marketing GT written notice at least fourteen (14) days prior to the
event, then the Client's workshop ticket will be considered
redeemed.
Note: Due to the volatility of email and SPAM
filtering issues, it is the client's responsibility to get in touch
with Marketing GT with any questions concerning event tickets.
Failure to do so does not entitle you to a refund or reschedule.
Event tickets to events hosted and/or sponsored by
Marketing GT are nonrefundable unless otherwise specified by
Marketing GT. The
Client's inability to attend an event does not warrant a refund
and/or tickets to another event.
COACHING (includes virtual and in-person)
Terms are as follows:
1. Coaching sessions occur on the same day / same
time each week. Changes require 48 hour notice in order to be
rescheduled. You are only allowed 1 reschedule per month that is
made within the 48 hour notice. No call / no shows are an automatic
loss and will not be rescheduled.
2. All sessions your coach misses will be made up.
3. Coaching is billed on a monthly PayPal subscription
automatically. During this time, you have access to weekly coaching,
email and phone support. If you do not use these services, that is
your preference. Note: Missed sessions do not roll over to the next
month. It is up to you to reschedule your missed sessions within the
monthly period.
4. You must notify your coach within 30 days of cancellation so the
spot can be filled. If you do not do this before the normal billing
period and charges occur, there are no refunds.
5. You are required to complete the assigned tasks. If they are too
much for you, speak up during the coaching session. If you do not
complete the required tasks, then you risk losing that session to go
complete your work.
6. You are responsible for your own success. Your coach will do
their very best to guide and direct you to the shortest possible
path to success, but ultimately you determine direction and speed.
7. There are no refunds with coaching.
8. Communicate early and clearly on areas of concern and challenges
you might have.
9. Recognize that the information and content received from
Marketing GT is educational. You are responsible for the decisions
you make and release Marketing GT and all associated faculty and
staff from the results of your decisions.
BANK CHECK POLICY
A twenty-five dollar ($25) fee will be incurred if a personal check,
third party check or company check is returned to Marketing GT for
non-sufficient funds.
This fee along with the initial payment for Marketing GT materials and/or
services will be paid by the purchaser immediately following the
notice that the funds were not available.
FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests
to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and
legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized
card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This
report may result in cancellation of your card services, put
negative information on your credit report, and create possible
criminal charges that may be filed against you.

Marketing GT reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its
discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this
policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective
immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Marketing
GT's Web
sites. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the
current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made
available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our
refund policy for any such revisions.
Changes in Legal Terms of Use
These terms of use are subject to change at any time, without
notice. All changes to these Terms of Use are published here; for
the latest version check this page.
